Cancellation Policy

We do require notification of at least 24-hours in advance should you need to make any changes to your appointment.

Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service, to be paid before rebooking. 

​Late Policy

If you are running late to your scheduled appointment, we generally allow a 10-minute grace period. 

​Arriving later than 15 minutes may mean forgoing parts of the service in order to keep within the allotted time, 

or rescheduling to a different time/day, which will result in a cancellation fee.

Cash Tip Policy

​Tips are accepted in cash only. We are no longer able to process gratuity through our credit card terminal.

There is an ATM located across the street. We apologize for this inconvenience, but cash tips are greatly appreciated

from your provider and the salon as a small business! 

Re-work Policy

At Cheryl Nina Salon & Day Spa, we stand behind our work 100%. If you happen to be unsatisfied with your service, we ask that you contact us immediately. Adjustments will be honored as long as we are contacted within 5 days from your original service. We also ask that you refrain from trying to resolve it yourself or elsewhere, as we will not be able to perform the complimentary rework appointment. 

Covid Policy

Our team has decided to maintain the 5-day protocol after you or a household member has tested Covid +

before returning to us for services. We appreciate your help in keeping this a safe space for everyone!
